Bulk Redirect Remover

I have downloaded a list of maybe 10,000 URLS... and I am trying to scrub them of their affiliate link and redirects that exist in some places so I can put them on my site. Is there some kind of bulk redirect or short url remover tool that exists that I can use? I haven't been able to find anything.

Dunno how you should do it, if you got scrapebox use that. Or if you can code write a script.
