Im in need of a bulk rank checker when I provide it with keyword and link and it check in what position IM
and want also one that will just provide link and it check if I rank on any keyword or not

If you want to checl unlimited Kewords I would suggest SEO Powersuite Rank Tracker. I think a lot of other services are limited with keywordsearches.
