Bulk Prospect Finding for guest posting

Hi guys, Anyone knows any proper way to generate bulk lists of websites and bulk email them through keywords? I had used Link Assistant in the past and I was able to generate thousands of prospects along with their email addresses but it doesn't do the trick anymore as they limit the outcome prospect results or either they get blocked and their captcha solving thing doesn't do the trick.
