Bulk phone numbers with SMS receival

I've been Googling upside down trying to find a service that offers this:

- bulk phone numbers (ok if paid)
- ability to receive SMS

I need to verify FB accounts in order to test scripts.
Anyone knows such a service? It's okay if it's paid.
