40% of world HDD production is lost in Thailand floods.
HDD prices are going up and up. Shortage will continue in the next few month.
make sure who you do business with as WD HDD are becoming less and less common in the market. Most wholesalers are saving stocks for existing long term good customers.

Goodluck on getting hdd my suppliers dont have any atm as stocks comming in very slowly here in SA because of the flood in thailand.It sucks prices went up by ateast 30% its insane.
