Bulk Mailng Problems and Lists Needed

Hey

I have been running a bulk mailing server on a VPS for the last few weeks but in-boxing is a huge problem.

I am rotating IPs and domain names but yet am struggling to inbox.

Due to the high costs from the provider I am tempted to give up.

I guess another of my main problems is that I am not running enough data through it.

I know of guys who obtain millions of consumer details and run them through and purge out the clickers
but I have no idea on where to get large lists of opted in yet untargetted leads and the ridiculously low
price they are paying.

Any ideas or solutions to any of my problems?

If you still doing this old way of mailing and expecting in-boxing forget it you need to research more
