Bulk Mailing Software

Hi

Does anyone know of any bulk mailing companies with a high inbox rate? We send around 500k emails on a daily basis but we're having an issue with the ESP we're currently using and most emails are going to the spam box.

If anyone knows any companies/software which work well for this type of mailing that would be a massive help.

Most likely you're sending spam.
If your subscribers want your emails,they will go to inbox. ISPs such as yahoo & gmail are very smart today and mails are placed based on engagement. If you're engagement is low,your emails will into spam box no matter what you do.

So,segment your email lists.Send only to those who open and click your emails.

Yeah it kinda is, the data is all opted in but with the overall list size it will probably be quite difficult to engage with everybody.

I have actually run tests from mail chimp and they inbox alright with the same content/subject lines so i would've thought if we found a more reputable ESP we may get an increased inbox rate.

Mail chimp is top notch regarding delivery.They have high delivery rate.
If they are ok with your niche & content I would suggest to continue with them. Just segregate your list and you should be fine. Non openers are useless anyway so why send to them.....

Mail chimp is just what i've been using to test the mailers, we currently work with edatis given the amount of emails we send daily the cost would be enormous (i don't think mail chimp are overly accepting of acquisition mailers either). I'll take a look at getting rid of non openers and cleaning out the list as well.

Why not setup your own email server ?

then use a free application to send the emails.

unfortunately unless the user receiving end , add you to there fav list , most mail into todays world , will hit the spam folder.

Most marketing companys have moved into mobile text know .

you need to mention to the recever to add you to there fav list or as safe email.

I have done hours and weeks with php with all the headers you can think off and there no way around getting email put in the inbox unless added via the recever fav or marked as safe email

Bump ... I am also needing a bulk emailing solution. Currently using mailchiimp but for their fee's I would rather invest in my own set up and save money in the long run...

Any other ideas??
