Bulk Mailing sender, who don't care about GDPR

Hi guys, I am looking for an email provider/tool, where I can send a mass email from and who do not care about GDPR/where the list comes from.

For example, in our normal email tool, GetResponse, I have to confirm, that I am allowed to use these emails, when I upload them.
