Bulk mail site combination?

But I've already paid for someone to set up mailwizz with mailgun on my VPS. I've invested too much to just give up like that.

Yes, I know but it won't cost me any money to continue trying with my setup. It would cost me more money to set something different up, so there is no fallacy.

The problem I'm facing specifically is as follows:

The nature of what I'm doing is such that I have an email list and I need to send 1 email to that list only ONCE. No recurring emails. People usually use these SMTP servers to send periodic newsletters so they can just keep warming up by sending to the same people. However, since I can't send the message more than once, I cannot warm up on this same email list. Therefore, I'd need some kind of clean throwaway list which I can use to warm up my IP and domain.
