There are quite a few tools around that can extract keywords from a given url, including the Google Keyword Planner. However, these only allow you to enter 1 url at a time. Does anyone know of a tool that can be used with multiple urls?

If I understand you correctly, so you must be talking about meta info extractor including keywords of the url?? If yes then search in Google "multiple site meta tag extractor". There are a lot of free tools available.
 
Yes, and the Screaming Frog SEO Spider software is good for that, but I was talking about extracting keywords by scanning the text of the page.
