Is it possible to warm up multiple Instagram accounts (for spamming) on a mobile device? If yes, how do I go about it?

You can warm up only 4-5 accounts on a single mobile device. In order to warm up more accounts, you will need an anti detect browser and a 4G proxy with IP rotation. You can use this combo to manage multiple accounts. Make sure that you are taking the things slowly so that Instagram doesn't detect any unusual activity.

Make sure your device, if using a normal IP, is aged as well.

You can do that.
For that you would need to use the device as import export container, root it, then access the app data folder and you also need to manipulate the IDs as well.
