I have 10,000+ IG accounts that are made from 2021-2022 and they are made using sim numbers not email and there is no access to the numbers now and they also have JSON cookies. Is there any value on those kinds of accounts? The accounts have English, Korean and Chinese names.

Accounts from 2021-2022 are definitely valuable because they have a much higher trust level with Instagram compared to fresh ones.
Pros: Since you have JSON cookies, they can be easily imported into automation software. They are much less likely to get banned instantly like new accounts would.
Cons: No access to the SIM cards is a huge downside. As soon as Instagram triggers an SMS verification checkpoint (which usually happens when you change IPs or start aggressive activity), those accounts are as good as dead.
Verdict: You can probably sell them as 'Aged accounts (No SIM access)'. They’re perfect for aggressive spamming where the buyer understands the accounts will only last until the first checkpoint. I’d suggest testing a small batch first with high-quality residential proxies to see the survival rate.

I am able to log-in most of them when I tested it as long as I'm using the same IP location. And after getting new json cookies, they then can be used to any ip/proxy.

Unfortunately, i cannot add an email address because I have no more access to the sim numbers.

The key lies in the JSON cookie, which allows you direct access to nurture accounts or run an international seeding/affiliate system without needing an OTP code from your SIM card. However, this is a highly volatile asset; you should leverage it immediately to boost Reels or convert information to email while the cookie is still valid, avoiding complete loss if your account encounters a checkpoint requiring phone number verification.
 
Value is low unless they are aged and still warm. No sms access kills most use cases since they will die on login checks. Maybe only some niche use if they are still active and trusted.

That’s a solid workaround. Refreshing the session cookies on a matching IP location is definitely the best way to 'revive' them for work.
However, I'd still be careful with the 'any proxy' claim. While it helps with the initial login, if you or a buyer starts spamming hard on low-quality proxies, IG's behavioral filters will eventually trigger and hit you with an SMS checkpoint anyway.

They still have some value, mainly because they’re aged (2021–2022), which is better than fresh accounts. But without access to the SIMs, they’re unstable - once a login check or SMS verification is triggered, you’ll lose them.

JSON cookies can help short-term if sessions are still alive, but they’re not reliable long-term since sessions expire or get invalidated.


So realistically, they’re useful for temporary use or testing, but not for scaling or long-term projects unless you can convert them to email + secure access while they’re still logged in.

Been there. No SIM means the aged value is shaky for long-term stuff, but they can still shine for quick tests. Treat them as short-lived assets—set a hard drop-off point. Run a small batch with solid residential proxies, watch how long the logins last, and be ready to switch to fresh accounts if they bog down. ROI first, not nostalgia for old accounts.
 
Instagram's security mechanisms are constantly tightening; over time, the likelihood of being prompted for phone verification will increase. It is best to convert your account into tangible value as soon as possible.
 
You can profile them and sue them for posting/reposting stories and then offer that as a service for other creators. That is one thing you can do. I know many agencies that have accounts and they repost stories of their own Models to help with reach. You can offer something similar.

You can sell them here if you have Jr VIP or marketplace seller status. I believe they will probably fetch around 5$-10$ per account. It's easy money for you.

From my experience, it doesn't really matter that much. Accounts registered 2 weeks ago can outperform aged accounts from years ago. The important part is how the accounts were registered and what trust score they have at the point of registration. Even API registered accounts can 'live' until you log on them for the first time..
