Bulk Facebook Likes - How the Hell Do They Do It?

Ok, Lets face facts. There are hundreds of 'Buy FB Likes' services out there and the question of the moment is how they hell do they do it. Obviously, its a 100% profit margin for these service professionals and there has to be a way they get this done. Dont tell me that they send out invites and get likes. That cannot be a fact unless they are running an autoclick script that scales FB pages in and out. What's the trick involved?

a) They have likejacking scripts running
b) they have big fanpages where they post you as an statusupdate
c) they have lots of accounts with friends and promote it that way

or a combination of all of these
Use your imagination - I was first thinking this cant be a serious question...

i threw away a freebie like this
"first 10,000 participants get a free ipod shuffle!" and got 2000 likes in <24 hours
obviously i'm not going to give away 10,000 ipods but it worked so far.
