Bulk Emails

Morning each,

Are there tools available (preferably free as I'm cheap) to send bulk emails?

I have coded PHP scripts in the past which work well, but I always have trouble with my hosts when doing this for sending spam.

PHP script can't be really fast and effective, so its much better to get a desktop software if you want to send lots of emails. But you should take into consideration that most of these emails will probably get into spam box, so it might be better option to consider sending them with a proper, non-spam software.
