Bulk Emailing Needed

I've got a list of 400k (b2b opt-in). But it's from '07 which means there will be a lot of bounces. So I'd like to do this cheap, filter out the bounces, and still get decent inbox delivery. I'd like to hit this list 5-10 times depending on the price.

Several people on this site have suggested that I just get an offeshore VPS and Interspire. But honestly, I'm not looking to do this myself. If you're already set up and can take the job at a reasonable price...let me know.

Hello,

Most of the email senders has this common issue with bounce rates. However as far as your question is concerned I will recommend you to use a better platform to hygiene your list from Bounces and stop getting spam. Also if your list is not much clean enough it will effect your contact list to land the email within the recipient inbox. However I will personally recommend you to use "Cleanmyemaillist" to hygiene your list as they will apply filters that will clear all the address and will provide you a clean list so you don't have to delete any email address. Also always prefer to us a platform that is dedicated and provides dedicated SMTPS, IPs and Domains to send out email blast. A dedicated platform will always keep your emails hit the inbox of the recipient not the spam folder.
