I had my own setup till now and it doesn't work anymore!

Tried few off the shelf services like mailtrap, mailgun etc, gets blocked as they don't like cold emails even if you get dedicated IP's

Tried few others and no deliverability!

What's the difference between spam and cold emails as B2C has always been tough.

What issues you are facing while sending bulk emails for your affiliate marketing subs or bulk lists OR cold emails when anything you send is SPAM only :P

Facebook traffic isn’t dead, but it’s definitely trickier now, stricter reviews, ad disapprovals, and account bans hit hard since late 2024. Still, it works if your niche is semi-safe and you’re careful with creatives and warmups.
The ones who still make it work in 2025 are usually using refined cloaking, solid mobile proxies for rotation, and constant testing to avoid patterns. Niche matters, but so does how you structure the entire funnel.

Probably outreach with commercial intend, without asking for it, is considered spam

Thanks for feedback on FB ads but I am talking about email marketing here.

I think we are all aware about this but do you think we shouldn't find a way around for cold emails aka spam as it's part of the business!

What do you suggest for burning and churning clean lists with intention to send email once and forget about list building or subscriber database.

Cold email is still part of the game, no doubt. But at scale in 2025, it’s all about the infrastructure, dedicated IPs (or mobile if you're pushing aggressive sends), multiple clean sending domains, super neutral content, and gradual warming. The ones blasting 5k+ from day one get flagged instantly. For the burn-and-churn model, I’ve seen people use short-term batches: warm up a domain, hit one or two high-value sends, then discard. It’s not brute-force scalable, but with good targeting it still works.

There is no way you can avoid spam folder 100% if you are spamming or sending cold emails in bulk. The most effective method for cold email that always work is to send reasonable amount of emails per batch given also that all technical details are in place as with DNS records pertaining to mailbox and sender identities.

We Will provide Mailing application without suspend let us know what type you sending emails

Cold emails are permission-free, targeted outreach, while spam is indiscriminate bulk messaging. spamming a site is always bad.

I can help if you can share what setup were you using. Cold email still works, but to send it with some strategy

I was using VPS with mailwizz. Deliverability issues started last year and it continued dropping. I used to use one domain to send maximum 10k.

I tried bulk gmail account set up with mergo and warmed up slowly but accounts which I had bought were getting cancelled by gmail and then I used workspace which also got blocked.

How many IPs were you using? Once Ips get black listed do you delist/rotate?

have you ever tried to make tracker on your email? and see bouncing rate of the email?
back then i managing 200k daily mail sender and it was clean so far
email always sent, and we keep track about the receiver. so if they doesn't want the email anymore, we just doesn't send it otherwise it's irritate the receiver and he flag as spam and ruin everyone's system

difference from spam i think it's straight forward, spam = no one want your email. stop sending it.
cold email (i just read about it) it seems just email that sent to new people that you never encounter?
from my POV booth was spam. since you just spamming ppl with unwanted things on his mailbox

For 10 domains, 10 IPs. Yes used to rotate them or delist once blacklisted. I have been doing this for finance vertical and it has been getting tough everyday with new rules.

We all know nobody wants an unwanted email but we still send because we want sales to make money and cold outreach is never going to stop, let it be by email, phone or SMS. It's something required to build up list as everything can't be done 100% WH as over the time the policies have changed because of abusing the marketing tools.

i mean if the provider blocked you
it maybe because it's too spam?

my business back then also using bulk mail. but it's informative and personalized, so ppl who send it to spam was minimal to none.
sadly other ppl seems only seen the number about how much the email send to.... which is feels so wrong because back then, we not just trashing ppl's mail. but also categorized ppl into different category so when the email really landing, they read it and consider it rather than just delete or even flagging spam

You can say it "cold outreach" but every server you are sending to is considering it spam. From a legal perspective, in most countries, you are allowed to spam if you don't hide your identity and provide a opt-out, especially in B2B.

Own IPs (Amazon SES for example or any VPS or dedicated IPs at ESPs like Sendgrid) for cold outreach works only if you constantly can warm up the IPs and put them in a deep warm-up cycle because people click "spam" button in Gmail/Hotmail and your IPs will be flagged. Your spam rate should be like 0.5% on your campaigns, kinda impossible doing "cold outreach".

The only way to continuously spam right now with high inbox rate is either get unlimited fresh IPs (like Microsoft IPs from Azure or whatever it is) or Webmailing Gmail/Hotmail or remove Gmail/Hotmail from your email list.

All have to do with reputation.
  1. subdomain reputation ( mail.domain.com )
  2. domain reputation ( domain.com )
  3. ip reputation
all these builded over time and monitored with 3rd party tools senderscore ( dot ) org and others
is a long time work, and one mistake can be negative in reputation

good reputation goes to inbox (80, or 90+ senderscore )
bad reputation never inbox, maybe spam , maybe rejected

Do you monitor your reputation ?

Do you monitor your reputation ?
Yes I do. I have been sending mail through subdomain only and after new policy of google, have tried sending less than 4k per domain. I think my major issue is email copy as it's related to loans and that's facing issues everywhere. Let it be SMS, email, FB or Google Ads.

I am thinking of changing my copy from simple image of loan with action button to may be well written article on something related to loans. Don't know if it will work better or have issues!

Yeah this is the wall a lot of ppl hit now Cold email isn’t dead but it’s under way more pressure ESPs and filters got smarter and B2C cold is extra brutal. Main diff between spam and cold is consent + intent Cold email follows laws like CAN-SPAM or GDPR and is sent 1 to 1 with value Spam is bulk blasts with no opt-in no personalization no care

If every email lands in spam it's usually from:
– bad domain rep
– poor warmup
– generic copy
– dirty list
– no SPF DKIM DMARC
– links flagged or trigger words

For cold email now:
– use aged domains
– warm up slowly with inbox tools like Instantly or Mailreach
– go plain text
– use custom tracking domains
– segment lists tight
– rotate sending IPs and identities if needed

B2C is tough yes but not impossible if you go soft with intro value no links and build convo over time Otherwise go SMS or push or build your own owned list via SEO or ads for more control. Mass blasting = dead. Smart outreach = still alive.

Going to spam and not getting delivered. I am trying again with 5 new domains and taking a VPS and see how it goes.
