Hi guys,

I recently got banned from mailchimp after opening too many accounts too quickly (stupid i know). I had been flying under the radar with 3 accounts sending out 7500 emails a week until i really started to collect emails and from there it quickly went to hell.

So now Im under the radar and can import the emails without getting a warning and account being closed so therefor im looking for a new provider, free or very cheap.

What do you guys recommend, is there any free alternatives? I hear people mention linux etc, so whats my option here really?

Im using Google apps, so I thought why not use Google for sending out the emails? They are not opted in but i have made around 3-4k on the list i been using, and thats before i really pulled the trigger.

Google appearently gives you 2000 emails per day, and i have 3 google apps account I could use which gives me 30.000 maximum per week. But i need to send a html template.. its a real business offer (b2b).

Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated..

Try Amazon SES, it's probably the cheapest way to do it.

Why not setup my own webserver thats free and xampp or something?

Any downside with this?

Guys I quickly realised that developing your own script etc would be a major hassle because the problem lays with the SMTP and the blacklists etc.

So your saying AMAZON SES really works? It looks too cheap to be true... only 0.1 usd per 1000 emails?.... Something fishy here.

Amazon SES is very strict, along with mandrill, mailgun etc
They are cheap but you need to be very careful - could be banned very easily.

I do with network of my vps servers and mailing system like mailwizz or sendy on vps or shared hosting too.
If you send from your one hosting account or work computer - you would get to blacklists easily.

In order to have 90% inbox you need to handle domains records - PTR, DKIM, SPF, DMARC

Also you need to send
1) spun text(can be done auto-way)
2) random links(easily done with redirects)
3) random images(can be done easily for one image)

the more variable emails you send - more time you can have green lights. for months and years.
remember guys, isp systems are much smarter these days they were even year ago.
;)

Ok you seem to know what your talking about here.

Basically I am just trying to send out a jpg (newsletter) once a week to around 10k-50k companies, what do i need exactly to make this work?

Whats my alternatives? And no they have not opted in, however i have found a working formula so i know its working for me. But since Mailchimp banned me Im lost, confused and frustrated about not knowing what to do.

Mailchimp has several levels of bans - what exactly message you got from it?
For example i had bans of API, bans of import, bans of accounts...

UPDATE: also - do you have domain connected to mailchimp?

Basically I was just using their free 2000 subscriber service. This worked great for several months until i started going crazy with the accounts, so i created like name1, name2, name3.. up to 10 accounts (yes i know what your thinking lol), this got me banned like they had discovered some activities etc. Im pretty much toast over there, using another service for my real customers which aint more then a few hundred and desperatly trying to find a solution :/

Gotta put bread on my table if you know what i mean ...

Update: Sorry i did not reply to your question there, well if you mean whether or not I have the webstores domain in the sender information etc, yes I do.

Find a BlackHat Friendly Provider :D

A friendly provider that tells you when something is going wrong, that what we do with our high volume clients nobody wants any one banned :D

Huge companies like Mandrill, Amazon, they control so much IMO

And who can i turn too on this forum that is trustworthy? I dont want to mess around since this is a serious (small) business.

Anyone at all????
unfortunately not too many people are going to share their exact methods with you, as it puts theirselves at risk. however, i have heard sendy.co or whoever mentioned it, is the best to use right now, as it runs off of amazon ses. sounds like your problem is your list, too many bounce backs, complaints, or something. maybe get some quality data first or get your list cleaned. its all about trial and error man.

I setup my own php mail server a few times. Only thing is you need a vps so you can do a reverse hostname.

If you cleaned the mails in the likes of mailchimp first it would work very very well. using the likes of mailchimp is all about cleaning they monitor your bounce rate / open rate etc.. even if you scrape then clean (which costs money) they work fine without bans. old lists then to screw all the mailing services up.

First thing's first, you're a spammer and probably committing some fairly serious crimes. I got my start spamming, phishing, cracking and scamming so there's no shame in that. Now inboxing any list of people who didn't sign up for this shit is going to be hard as fuck to keep up. Your only real chance is to use something like sendgrid(or mailchimp but you know). Their compliance and reputation is the only thing that's been getting your mails through this whole time, so pay what you have to for it as long as your return is gonna be worth it. 40,000 mails for $10 a month? Clearly worth it.

You could try Sendy, but you're either going to stop inboxing fast or Amazon will turn your shit off and never want to deal with you again. Same with trying to run your own mail server. There are blackhat options but they're very expensive, very illegal and require a ton of work.

Hey guys

I'm new to this game, i'm just reading through posts at the moment trying to understand at least 0.01% of things, I know what CPM stands for now lol.

This is going to sound nieve now but what content do you send in your 40,000 emails? I don't even open most of my emails.

You might want to consider the app in my sig, it has an email module which will allow you to rotate between multiple smtp accounts (which you will need to have to bulk mail like you describe. It also supports html emails. Here is a video of how the module works:

It also has a bulk email list cleaner you can use. Here is a video on that:
