Bulk Emailer Needed

I am looking to do a JV with bulk emailer. I can provide the details, but I am looking for high inbox rate and minimum 400-600 emails per hour or better.
 
I have seen that mailchimp offers List Import function. Anyone knows if it ReConfirm the subscription with subscriber Or we can directly send emails to imported list?
 
I can set up servers for bulk mailing with PowerMta 4. + interspire custom or OemPRO (ISP rules, throtling, ip rotation, spf records, MX records, dkim/domainskeys/senderID and feedbackloops), Optimized Mysql and blacklist check script.

Just wanted to add something to the thread ...
After doing mail marketing for some time ... I mean building mail servers from scratch and doing some blasting of (let's be honest :) )"spam" and "optin" mailers , I've learned that simply buying a VPS with few IPs and Interspire ain't gonna cut it these days. You may send out even 1000000 an hour yet if you don't have your DNS/Mail servers set up in the right way (talking about SPF records, DKIM records, domain keys, MS & PTR records, etc) plus all the feedback looping (registering with Hotmail/MSN is probably the most problematic among all of them), etc the mailers might not even hit the Spam box, let alone Inbox, ... Now they are all talking about introducing more and more records to prevent "spam" (the new DMARC records, and others) so yeah, it's becoming increasingly hard to make an honest living doing the email marketing :/

Email marketing is a good way to keep in touch with your customers.
So do you care who read your mails and click your links in the mail? Now as long as you send the email campaigns with bbmail email marketing software, you can get a tracking reports and it will update the statics. I like this function of this software.
