Bulk email service provider that can handle more 'aggressive' emails

I'm wondering if anyone here might be able to point me in the right direction

I'm an affiliate marketer and I recently started generating my own leads.
Now I'm looking to monetize some of the emails I generated.

In affiliate marketing the emailers usually have a pretty advanced set up, but I was hoping I could find a email service provider that can handle some ogf the more "spammy" emails. I'm not planning on bombarding people with spam every day, but every once in a while send out an email with a direct promotion for a casino, or an iphone lottery (the regular affiliate stuff).

Mailchimp, and its equevalents, are out of the question. But the other end is setting up ,my oen email servers (which i dont wanna do at this stage). I was hop9ng there might be a company somewhere in the middle. That is able to handle the sporadic direct promotional email I send.

Hi Buddy, thanks!

Yes, this looks exactly like what I was looking for.
However, I have the feeling they are no longer active.
I'm not receiving the confirmation codes to verify, and their facebook support is off line.
Their chat on their site is also not working.

Would you know wether they are still an active company, or would you know of any competitors that offer a similar service?
