It definitely doesn't.

Solid mail server rough numbers:
SMTP (Amazon or Sendgrid) = $100 / month
Mail Software (TEAR) = $60 / month
VPS (Reliablesite.net) = $100 / month
3 Domains with privacy protection (Hostgator)= $60 / Month

For under $400 a month you could have a super solid mass mailing server.

I can help get you setup. Don't do emailing JV's as much as before. Little to busy.
 
Looking for IPs to email through, i.e Tunnel.

Hit me up on skype, same as my username.

Just need small ranges like 5 to 10, strictly for hygiene purposes and scrubbing the emails.

I'll grab a box, buy the IPs from you and you tunnel them to that box. Save me the trouble of finding servers to email with and burning their IPs.

Or if you know where to get boxes from. That too.

With this amount of email monthly I think the best way is to use some free or paid online bulk email marketer - you save time and money at the end. E.g. on UltraMail24 you can send 3k emails/every month for free or you can go with some premium package. As I can say, the have about 50% lower prices than similar services.
