I guess your sending IPs never able to achieve good reputation, as you were sending at the list full of bounced emails and spam traps. How could you hit the inbox then? you needed to opt some other strategy to meet the end goal. However, still list having honey pots, hard bounces needs to be scrubbed first.

sometimes Its hard to get quality ips with bullet proof servers.. but if you really dont care about ips then you can go with bp servers .. drop me a pm i can suggest you few ...

I would not suggest using VPS to send something like 3 Million emails a month. Go for a dedicated one, with good resources and use commercial MTAs.

Well he can easily deliver 100k mails per day by a vps depends on the vps specs i think 4 gb ram is enough what other things are matter
- Number of ips
- %% hard bounce in his email list
- %% spam complaints
- %% content quality
- IPs warmup
- proper ISPs rules
 
Dear BHW folks,

I have a list of 7000, very strong list 100% opt-in, 20% open rate, I use Godaddy -- but their worthless marketing email doesn't provide the ability to re-send to NON-OPENERS. So I can't do much after the first send. I'm really not utilizing the list, when I could send a 2nd and 3rd time to those who don't open. Any ideas?
 
Well I thought this would be easy by now there are many ways to send The way I have done for years is buy site names on godaddy and sent from different sites a little at a time but you should not use their mailer get a good one and use it just put in the text file of the emails from each site. now there is much more to this method but it has always worked the trick is getting a good mass mail program
