If you want to send the large amount of emails like 100,000 then I will recommend you to use the dedicated service. You can find many companies over the internet that can help you in bulk emailing. However I will recommend you to choose the one which is dedicated and will work for you perfectly. The main point that I suggest you to choose a company is that, you will have replacement of your SMTPs, IPs and Domains in no time and you will be just paying the same amount for the plan you will purchase form them. Only a platform that is dedicated will help you to send email to the recipient email Inbox.
I tried many companies for bulk emailing but never find the dedicated as "Imailunlimited" They provide dedicated SMTPs IPs domain rotation. Also they also provide service to clear the email list " clearmyemaillist " it very effective and will highly recommend those who are using same contact list or updating the existing contact list to send emails. For 3 years everyday, 5 days a week. Corporation.. LLC. Just my wife and I. - We send email. Period.
Recent big DC went belly-up, effecting many (you would maybe know this, if you know IP space... or maybe not, [ but please gauge your response if you are new to this, because I can assure you I am not ] Just trying to stay away from scammers on here. )
You should know what you are talking about.
I can be reached by phone in the U.S.A. and so should you. (But not necessary) OR Europe or Australia.. or Vietnam or whatever.. But be reachable by phone (Or skype) and speak english.
You should be running your own IP space at a minimum /22 or above.
We only need /23s and/or /24s to start.
One at a time.
(we were running a /20 this time last year. We hope to build up to that quickly in 4-6 months. Unless you have a /20 laying around that you don't use)
We ran the same IPs for like 2 years.
Price Does Matter - Good DC. They must be fair to us as mailers and understand mailers.
I run clean XML form feeds daily. Real-time data.. from ping.
We run basic suppression files.. (only what we have collected over the years ourselves and from affiliate networks)
IPs should be able to send huge loads on these IPs without being bugged to much about 'abuse report complainers'..
(If my techs can not handle it, then we probably shouldn't be sending on your DC.)
Any complaints my techs handle in 24 hrs. with your DC and we remove complainers at time of complaint and suppress

i dont think any hosting company could provide server only for spamming just to spoil their IPs ,All are very careful about ips and their reputation , yes before 1 year many companies were providing server and ips for mailing ..but now IPv4 are very close to end ...
1- Mail server should be well configured with all authentication method like dkim , domain key , spf , sender id , dmarc
2 - DNS , rdns , ptr should be in good manners without any single error
3- IPs reputation is matter .. Always go through ips warm up process
4- good email list , bounce rate should be low
5- Powermta config file with almost all available features of pmta -- read features on powermta official website
6- handle all spam complains in proper manner
7- setup feedback loop which help you to receive complains
8- manage unsubscribe users properly ..
if you want to earn huge money by email marketing .. then you should need to build good relation with your email list.if you will take care of them, they will take care of you
