Um, it's possible, but it's pretty unrealistic. Do you realize how long it takes to build the kind of reputation you need to send even 1M/day on a single IP to a single domain/ISP? Even getting to 100K/day per IP takes a lot of work and you have to have very good data, and just because an IP is whitelisted doesn't always mean that it doesn't have a sending cap.

As i know...set up a good mail server cost total nearly $2000....! Anybody knows...that's worthy?

Yeah right , if ip is white-listed that not mean you can send lots of mails .. Ip email reputation is different thing and if you want to send 1m mail by single ip .. i am sure it will take years to develop that reputation .. and if you will check ISPs bulk mailing rules , they also suggest to use many ips instead of one

Instead of setting up email server, which include many future contingencies....
Try SES....thats cheap and best..$1 for 10k email with a starting limit of 50k/day....

mostly guys here looking for bulk mails with 20k to 1m volume .. and you cant send lots of mails by shared hosting only 500 per hour that mean 5000 in 10 hour where you can easily send 5000k mails per hour by a small vps with few ips although you have to follow warmup process
