In my country, I have a good offer for special car insurance. I would like to send emails to people who offer car sales offers. Can I send such emails from such websites as getresponse or aweber and add addresses manually or are such messages treated as spam and this websites block them? If I can't do it, where can I?

What country?

Yes you can manually upload contacts to ESPs like GetResponse and send. However, make sure the list is clean and keep complaints low or else you will get your account banned.

You can check my service here by clicking my sign.

I offer for many years now here dedicated smtp with dedicated ips only you have access at with no limitations at all.

You can find so many tools for sending bulk messages. But my suggestion would be always sendpluse. Because this has lots of options for sending bulk sms.

You will be immediately banner on Get Response, Aweber and all other similar mailers if you will send bulk emails on any rented list. They have very strick policies, very powerful spam-detection tools, and without your own double opt-in list you have no chance.

Yes you can.
Email template + smtp services are a good step

And get his site kicked off by the hoster. If someone is going to advertise with email spam, then he needs to be prepared for this much better than just making an email template. It was quite expensive and required a lot of knowledge even 15 years ago, and is much harder today.

That is not an accurate statement. Yes, if you run some terrible data list that you scrapped from the web or bought for $5 from fiverr, then yes. You will send to a shitload of traps and suppressed addresses on the ESP's internal lists and get your account shut down. But, if you do things properly and find a good quality supplier of data, clean the list before uploading to the ESP, send non spammy emails, you have a good chance of making a good amount of money with ESP/Bulk emailing.

You tell about marmalade skies. How many people here you know who buy their lists from A-class supplies for $1 per email? In fact, the guy has a email list he got from classfieds or something like that. A pure shit list. He wil be banned, because he'll get 10 spam complaints even before the last email is sent. This is the best thing that can happen to him. Me persoannly got spam complaints when I was sending to list of my actual BUYERS. Some of them where not opted for my emails.

I'm not sure I understand. I said that having quality data is key to successful bulk emailing with ESPs. I agree with you that if his data is shit, he will get banned quickly. But I don't agree with you that any rented/purchased list will get you banned. There are a lot of people bulk mailing with ESPs that buy their lists. You just have to know how to do it properly.

You probably get your account suspended if you are relaying spam/ unsolicited messages. Compliance to spam policies and the way you acquire people's consent to send them emails have become more strict after the GDPR, and everyone of the ESPs are more likely to follow the policy. In this case, if a list doesn't strictly comply to policy, you should rather go for a flexible solution. A custom mail server with a self-hosted email marketing software.
