Hello,
I've read a lot of topics so far, but I haven't found a specific answer, so I would be grateful if someone could direct me to more specific sources regarding email bulk. So I have an email list of 40k plus emails that are closely related to the niche I want to advertise. I am interested in how I can use this list?

It is good that you have a big list of 40k targeted users. Such lists usually convert well.

I believe you want to know the first steps of sending an email campaign? Please correct me if I am wrong.

You have to sign up to the platforms like Email Octopus (there are many like MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc., but I found Email Octopus as a cost effective solution).

You can import the email list in Email Octopus Before that I would suggest to get your list verified with the service like zerobounce dot net. It should cost you $260 for 40k emails.

Once you are done with these important basic steps you can start sending your campaigns via Email Octopus. It has all the guides, tools and resources to help you design and monitor your email campaigns.

Since this ain't opt-in list, best you can do is send spam emails. Use sendgrid, warm it up for few days and send your mailing campaign 1 time after.

clean your email list @ fiver just $15-$20 much cheaper

zerobounce is a service that helps you clean up non-existent email ids from your list. For example, if a user has signed up to your list but has typed his email wrong (typo error) then the email id becomes invalid. If you still send email to such email address, it results in bounced email which is not good.

It is always advised to clean up your email list with services like zerobounce (or any other similar one) to get it cleaned beforehand.

Do you send a lot of emails? I have been looking into email marketing myself.

You are a sender in this case. So what type of spam you are talking about?

Please explain to help me understand your question better.
 
As someone already said, you should clean your email list. I am sure there are even better solutions than Zerobounce and Neverbounce in terms of pricing and same quality. As for bulk email sending, don't use the traditional email senders like MailChimp, Getresponse etc. They are way too expensive and may ban you for sending spam. Most of them won't even allow you to import a scraped or non-optin list in the first place.

Recommendations:
  • Find a cost-effective email verifier and clean your email list.
  • Find a good Email sender with custom SMTP servers (use a burner or bulletproof domain name)
  • Configure DNS records properly for your sending domain name.

No mate. I used to send in the past. I had tried using Email Octopus and found it good.

These days I am focused on my other services, but unfortunately not email marketing :)

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I am asking if it is possible to avoid my emails coming as spam emails?

Okey, this sounds pretty good, do you have more information how to do that? I never heard about SMTP servers or configuring dns? Do you have maybe some guide?

I won't recommend Fiverr for email list cleaning due to shit quality on Fiverr. Just because the price is low doesn't mean it is accurate.
 
Don't use services like Mailchimp, GetResponse...Sending to a non opt-in list it's against there policies and it will cost you a lot.

First you'll need to clean your list.

If you're a little bit techy and have some syslinux skills, build your own smtp server or use a premade solution to send your email campaigns using multiple Gmail with proxies.
 
I know you specifically asked about email marketing, but you should also consider this: it's possible to use an email list to create an audience (i think it's called a lookalike audience) on Facebook and then target them using Facebook advertising. Also on LinkedIn, but it's more expensive.

Bulk mailing is cheap, but also quite difficult to execute right.
