Im looking for the cheapest and best email marketing software to use?

Never done anything with emails in the past so looking to be pointed in the right direction.

Aweber, mailchimp if you start, they offer some free stuff

Cheap and Best should never go in the same sentence together.
There is also nothing cheap when you are dealing with email marketing.
