I am looking for ongoing provision of a dedicated smtp server.

Which must meet the following criteria:

Dedicated IP addresses on rotation - minimum 256
Supporting SPF, rDNS, FBL
Interspire, oempro or similar
List cleaning

Please provide monthly price and let me know if you need any further information. We use our own lists and would like to send approx. 5 million emails per week.
