I think BBmail Email Marketing is a good choice for your need.
Check out Velocity Email Marketing Software. This is my software I think it works best for most people in email marketing. Its very inexpensive, and there is no software configuration or server set ups for the client to do. Just upload your list and message and start sending. Bulk email 100,000 emails per month and up. Most decent mass mailer tools are on the big number from 1k up to a few thousands more...
I believe in mass social exploits where you can also drive a lot of traffic to your sites/offers.
In the VIP section a big ticket mass mailer was shared some time a ago free, maybe an option.

Get dedicated server with extra ips and use powermta with interspire...you need multithread (injector) to send 2 millions mails a day.

hi there, thanks for your response. The emails may go to spam from interspire if you are not using addons related to interspire and if the ips reputation is not good. try using spin text addon of interspire, though we have it
Also we have the powermta which is cracked and if we sell it, we sell for $300 per software source.

Bulk mailer is good and not so difficult to configure too. You can also try interactGuru and powerMTA plus, however they do require dedicated servers. Velocity Email marketing software would work without a dedicated server too and is very easy to configure and overall a good result.
