First, you should set up the following three records SPF (Confirmation that your server is allowed to send mail), DKIM (Digital signature confirming that the email content has not been modified), and DMARC (Policy instructing the receiving server on how to handle emails that fail to pass the above two layers). If you find some old google worksapce non profit or edu with 1500 email quote then you can send like 1 million plus email like they allowed you to create 10k business mail and each mail you can send 1500 email this is the best setup you can get

What's the volume and how much money do you have for that project?
This is tricky stuff and it'll cost you dearly to do ot right in money or to don't wrong 100 times(cost in time and money).
Inboxing nowadays is very very hard especially for spam. The main providers now use aggregate signals from users and much more.

bulk mailing to inbox is less about the sending setup and more about what youre landing on, like your domain age, warmup history and whether your sending IP has any rep at all. a lot of people get this backwards and spend hours configuring smtp while ignoring the fact that their domain was registered last tuesday. start with the reputation side first, the tool you pick barely matters if the foundation is trash.
