Bulk email - But slow :-)

been looking around for a bulk email system - but not having a lot of luck - im thinking there must be a system somewhere that delivers mail from a mailing list - but slowly - i.e. - maybe one email every xx mins - i thinking this way it wont get classed as spam so much - does anybody know of such a system - im struggling to even come up with a good google search term to find such a thing

i'm not really into mailing, but i'm pretty sure w/ the most of the bulk mailers, you can set the delay to your liking
i think you were looking for the term "delay", "delayed delivery", so you can google w/ it now
