Looking for someone to help run campaigns on their bulk email software along with helping finding targeted homeowners or future homeowners.

I'm unsure as to what you're looking for. Are you looking for mailing advice, mailing software, or just someone to mail your offer for you?

@Corbin - I am familiar with what you are asking but I do not think you will find many people who will let you send from their system. You may be better off first finding someone that targets that market and then partnering with them.

You should also consider doing this yourself.
