Is there a tool that does a bulk Moz Spam Score?

Or is there a better way to measure 'risk' in bulk when considering building links? Thank you

I suggest,You to take MOZ api and develop your tool for it.Or you can check if someone out here is providing such service.

not really no - actually ended up using Majestic Trust Flow measurement...
