Bulk data selling from Surveys and Sweeps

Hi ya'll,

Does any of you know where can i sell (or who buys) user's data collected via surveys and/or sweeps? I am looking for a buyer/network that it is willing to buy incentivized users via API in bulk.

Note for mods: Not a sales thread but research one. Please do not delete it. Feel free to edit it to accommodate BHW rules.
Note to members: If you are interested to buy please let me know your requirements so i can plan BST accordingly.
