I recently got my account data from Twitter and i'm looking to run ads to my old followers so that I can build my account back.
The issue is that twitter gives the data as UserID's instead of Twittr Handles and I need Twitter Handles to run the ad.
I'm looking for someone who can handle this task and looking to move forward asap. I already have the following and follower list. Just need it converted.
