I follow a very easy method to translate txt files. You only have to grab your txt and drop it in chrome, then after it opens, you only have to push translate button.
Not automated but very easy, if you need to translate a lot of files dont know how to automate it.

I know my english sucks, but I tried to explain in my post

Even you can translate your bulk content by using Microsoft office.you can create a document in one language and then use a machine translation service to translate it to a different language. this translation comment is only available in the following program such as MS word,outlook,one note,power point and excel.

Chrome didnt use to do this, just translated a 22mb text file lol..
