Bulk check free domain availability

I know it has been asked here few times, but I still haven't find any solution for this simple task:
I have a list of let's say 5000 keywords and I want to check which major TLD (com/net/org/info) domains are available. I know some registrars offer bulk check but they are usually limited to 100 domains and can get stuck after few consecutive checks.
Any idea?
