I have 1000s of articles that I need to translate into 2/3 different languages, I was doing this with a script but both google and reference.com have blocked some of my IPs. I'm perefectly away I could problem rent some private proxies and do this but this is an ongoing project, so I would need to change the proxies quite oftem making it fairly expensive.

Does anybody know of any online translation services that are a bit more forgiving if I hit them for a few thousand translations a day?

I would outsource this. If you're looking for higher-quality translations to actually build a long-term business, here's what you do: Post an ad on a freelance site asking to pay $10 for a native speak to create the ad for having these thousands of articles translated. Once you have the ad written perfectly in that native language, you'll have dozens of people knocking at your door for the opportunity to do this. Really open up the range of possibilities that way.

Hey OP what was the original script you were using - perhaps I could modify this to pull in proxies. I have made quite a bit from translated content and would love to be able to do this in bulk.
