The best spinner would definately do it, whether you meant bulk as in you want to spin 10 articles in one go, or 1 article 10 times.
If you mean 1 article 10 times its simple. Just put the spin syntax in and press the bulk/mass rewrite function. You select how many you want and it does them to separate files.
If you wanted to spin 10 articles in one go, you could just do it like this
{Article 1 here}
{Article 2 here}
{Article 3 here}
And it will print it out in the text files the same
Article 1.... blalbha
Article 2.... blah blh
Article 3... blah blah
You'd have to split them up after of course, but you could probably script that relatively easy.
