I have approx 800 images that need to be generated each one with a specific title, any bulk AI image generators out there?

800 images can get very expensive very fast
your best bet is to run AI locally if you have a strong gpu

You can archive that with nano banana pro in about 10 days if you need 4k images or in less for 2k images with google AI Pro plan.

What exactly do you need generated? I have a 4090 so I could generate you some locally.

On a 4090, you can expect to generate around 20-30 unique images per hour, depending on complexity and resolution.

There's a nook and a cranny for everything these days, best off looking into the free access for Google's AI Essentials on Coursera
 
I have been using Grok for the last seven days, and there has been no daily usage limit during this time. However, a usage limit will be imposed after the seven-day period ends
 
You will need to build it yourself with some fine tuning, I think. There are existing models that could help you but the API credits will cost you a lot of money. However, as @hellobuyer said, Grok is good.
