Anyone know of a tool or way to bulk add to twitter lists?

I can either import or paste the names I want to follow or by search term, whatever.

I was hoping for something web based. There are a bunch of list management systems, but they're all manual which doesn't save much time.

You can do this completely free with a little bit of JavaScript knowledge using Google Apps Scripts. This guy made a spreadsheet version.
