You should get a good software or pay someone to create one for you and a mobile proxy along with it. You'll simply create one account and rotate the proxy after each account created so you'll have the highest quality for your accounts. And it this way your accounts won't be linked together and also, you can create a lot of accounts with a single proxy.

Ofcourse there are bots to make accounts but the public bot's online that you can buy not gonna help you. make your own hire someone and you must a good idea to hide fingerprints. 
I created mine succesfully in 1 month by my self + safe cookies to import in embed browser in Jarvee.
+ don't hire someone from BHW because they don't gonna tell you their private idea's.

Does the number matters? Usually its about of how many resources you have and how fast your account creation method works.
For example, my method takes close to 3 minutes for one account to be created with email and phone number added so I create close to 500 accounts/day/proxy.
It's about how fast the method is, and it's as well about the quality

Hi! In order to create high-quality and more reliable accounts, you need each account to have its own proxy(preferably mobile). And by doing so, you can be sure that they are not related to each other.

So is there a guide on how to create multiple IG accounts with a bot and how much it will cost? I need to create 100 accounts, with different brand names and just 3-9 posts made by me per account. Then I want to put link in bio to my optin mail list, should I use linktree or I need a different domain per account?

Yes but it's largely dependent on the type of accounts you're aiming to make. API generated accounts are the simplest and fastest to make but get outed as bots relatively quickly. Web emulators usually make stronger accounts that last longer but you'll be spending potentially 20x the processing power, meaning much fewer accounts generated with a singular server across the span of a day. Depending on what your objectives for the accounts are, choose accordingly whether you wanna build an api based account generator or an emulator based generator.

That will have to bee automated you should check the "hire a freelancer" section to get help with that, usually people use proxies or vpns to get them created, the highest the quality of the service you choose the highest the chance to get the accounts verified without any problem, if you dont want to hire someone to do it for you I would recommend you to do some more research about automation.
