Good luck running that for 14 hrs unless you get some sort of fluid exchange / radiator. heat dissipation is a B. And gotta watch out for that HD.

actually its not a new idea, this has been around for a while (years).
But its not very popular because you have to really know what
youre doing.

obviously its more involved than just building a pc the regular boring way

yep a bunch of high end gamers use it. I am doing a site for the company that makes the oil and they said that they have had several orders for the oil for PC so they asked if i could build one.

Still its pretty darn cool. Gets customers talking when they come into the office.

Yes the system has been running for 3 days now. Now issues with heat. Plus the temp of the oil has not changed.

Yes the HD is not able to go into the oil .

Can you layer different color oils? Like a layer of red oil, a layer of yellow oil, and a layer of blue oil.

you can color the oil but not sure on how you could layer it. unless you put a divider in it.

yes the hard drive is outside the tank as it has to have air.

That would be very cool if you can get three different density levels of 3 different oils. You distinguish the density of each oil by the color. When computer is off all three oils layer out. Heaviest oil on bottom. Lightest oil on top.

When the computer is on with fan. The oils all mix together and create new colors. Throw in a few LED lights that sync with music and you have an indoor fish tank disco party!
