Building Sites with Joomla - Does Google take that into consideration?

I am building sites with Joomla, along with every other Tom, Dick and Harry. Does google take into account that many people are using the free platform to build sites and it effects your SEO?

NO. Google doent care about the backend. Many people also use WP and it doesnt get you penalized. Googles looking at on page content and off page factors ( links)
