I've got a site that is marketed to Realtors, and need to build positive buzz about it fast, so when people google the site, they see a lot of positive comments, etc. Whats the best/fastest way to implement a PR campaign like that?

I have outsourcers who can do a lot of work on this.

thx

Do a Q&A comment session with yourself (commmenting). Just like a market stall, if people see interest it creates a buzz, add to it with press releases. Things are broken and your site has the magic pill. You take the positive approach and the buzz will follow

Yeah press releases are good as the brand name is used. Use the brand named in the start of the title and start of the PR. After a couple of press releases you will start to own Google for any comments relating to the brand/site

Also... profiles such as on twitter etc can come up for brand names providing you're willing to maintain them

do twitter aggressively... look for guys willing to review the site for you. be helpful (wink wink)

Thanks to all guys, good stuff.

I agree, I would buy a nice press release package and link to sources on the web where more info can be found about your business. My top choices would be 1. The site 2. A blog 3. A social profile packed with friends

Are you selling a product?

If so, recruit jvs in the real estate market to "review" your product to their lists and on their blogs.

OR, outsource having 4 or 5 new users created in top real estate forums. Have these users talk about your new site with each other. Maybe even have one of them be a skeptic and say that your site sucks, just so the other 4 can say how it is really great.

And how about this...

Google realtor web sites. Many real estate companies will list their agents' email addresses. Use an email scraper and point it at the realtor sites, then blast emails telling them how much value your site is going to add to them, or how it's going to make their jobs easier and make them more money.
