YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
I was right, the GPUs are piece of shit!
I did what you said
@Visual Eagle. From the moment I started opening my programs I knew it didn't work. I have set it so that on my programs the icon in the taskbar doesn't show the default Firefox icon, but shows a number. As I was opening the programs I could feel a small lag in the image appearing (because first the Firefox icon appears for a split second, then my icon shows up). But I continued...
I opened my 70 programs, and then I set 20 of them on the page that I knew was causing the big problems (taking CPU usage per program from 0.5-1% up to 4-5%). I set 20 programs on that page. Shit got slow as fuck. I knew it!
Mind you I also opened 20 programs on my old PC on that exact same page, and there was no lag.
Then I uninstalled the GPU drivers, restarted the computer and did it again. But this time I didn't even manage to open all my programs, things got so very incredibly slow. A program called "Desktop Windows Manager" was using up 25% of the CPU
So I paused for a second and thought about it, and I figured, I used the program you said and it removed every trace of any GPU-related programs. Then I installed the new drivers. Then I uninstalled them and the drivers thing was set back to "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter." But what if the program for removing the GPU removed some files related to the display that windows needs in order to run the display optimally. Because I googled a bit and it seems "Desktop Windows Manager" has something to do with display.
So then I figured, okay, I'll redo what I did initially. It was worth a shot.
So I opened up device manager and clicked to update driver. It updated the driver using windows updates, back to the driver I initially had for my GPU, the older one. Then I restarted my computer. Then I went in device manager and fucking Disabled the GPU. So it's there, the drivers are there, but it's disabled.
Then I opened my programs, and I set 30 of them on the page that was dragging them down before. Nothing. No problem. Smooth as a baby's butt!
There you go man, do with it what you will. Real fucking shit right here. GPU can suck... well I won't say what cuz I'm a classy guy.... MY FUCKING DICK BITCH!!!
YESSSSSSSSSSSSS PROBLEM SOLVED!
I don't wanna speak too soon, but the computer seems to be working like a fucking dragon right now. I'll know more within the next 72 hours. I need to let it run and get worn out and used heavily in order to know exactly how good it's performing. But things are finally NORMAL!

OH OH OH, check this out dude. You'll lose your shit now.
I've been having a problem with my old computer, where I would turn it on, and after I turn on between 30-50 of my programs, I would have a blackout

the screen would go black for a few seconds, and usually it would return. Sometimes it would stay black and I would have to restart the computer and start all over again. But I always needed to get the blackout because without it, my entire computer would lag and be slow and my programs wouldn't work properly
That was bothering me for a long time. See -
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/c...-for-few-seconds-after-restart.1175691/page-3
But as I was dealing with this problem with the new computer, I thought to myself, if the new computer requires a disabled fucking GPU in order to work right, how come my other computer works with an enabled GPU? I mean, and the other computer has a very old and crappy GPU too, very bad - NVIDIA GeForce 210.
So I went in device manager and to my surprise the GPU had the yellow checkmark on it. So I right-clicked on it and opened properties. And in "device status" it says:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)"
WOW! WOW! WOW! I UNDERSTAND NOW! I understand what the blackouts were. The GPU couldn't handle the workload, and it would crash. And then the crash would allow my computer to do its work without the lag. This is such wonderful news I think I'm gonna bust a nut
Now I can disable the GPU on the other PC also, and not have to waste my time trying to get that blackout to happen anymore! YES YES YES FUCKING YES OH MY GOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
If I was a lil bitch I'd be crying tears of joy right now
I'm so fucking happy. The new PC is finally working tight, and I found what the problem with my old PC was, and I'll fix it. Killed 2 birds with 1 stone right here.

One last thing I wanna say. Since this is, after all, a moneymaking forum. If anyone is crazy enough, go and read this thread from start to finish, don't skip one post, don't skip one sentence. And by the time you're done, you'll know how to make money online
@underachieved SOLVED!
