Man just go in bios set first boot device to your SSD second and third all disable. From another computer download Windows media tool from Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 You will download this tool and create original latest windows 10 bootable USB.

Insert the bootable USB in your PC. Start PC, clicking ESC. You will be prompted for boot device. Select USB. Now you know the procedure from here.

BTW, can I know why on earth do you need 32GB of RAM? Do you plan on rendering or something? I have 8GB and rarely used it all. I can play all latest games on max settings, I do development on the PC, AutoCAD, never seen the ram go more then 7GB.
 
I need more ram. Will need at least 48gb. Im doing stuff :)

I googled and other people that had these unable to restart problems said updating BIOS fixed it. Im updating bios now with latest ones for my mb.

Nothing to lose.
 
Nope. Didnt work.

Its weird. After a restart the computer is on. My mouse has light. The keyboard has light. The CPU is spinning and has light. The gpu has light.

But the monitor is yellow and no display.

Whats the deal?

I tried unplugging and plugging the DVI cable while in this state, but nope, didnt do anything.

But what that did is now every time i start the computer it tries to "repair" itself.

If you have a wooden table, put out the mobo and test it on there (not in the case) coukd also be some static issue but highly doubt it.

You might wanna disassemble the whole pc again.. Check the manual on where you need to connect all the cable and inspect the cpu socket for any bent pins.. This isnt normal that you cant restart the PC.

I would also try and turn on the bare minimum which is cpu, gpu, ssd and ram (only 1 for starters) and then go from there.

Edit: by the last comment.. Its either bad psu, gpu or bent pins on cpu socket.

You have some incompatibility.

First pull out your external GPU and connect your monitor to the integrated port. Test that and see if you can boot.
Maybe your GPU is problem.

Another problem might be bad RAM setting or incompatible RAM for your motherboard.

Obviously he cant do that.. Ryzen doesnt have an intergrated gpu.
 
I removed one ram and tried, same. I tried bios legacy mode, same. I removed usb and rgb cables from cpu, same. I moved ram in A1 slot, same.

Here is something weird. When i turn off the computer, my mouse still has light. Why is it drawing power? Where is it drawing power from? Only if i remove power cable it goes dark. Hm, maybe its nothing.

Either bad psu or bent pins if you ask me.. You can try the minimal setup and remove cmos for a minute to factory reset the bios.
 
I removed ram and added an old-ish 8gb ram chip that i have from my other pc. The computet started.

After restart the same problem. So its not a ram peoblem. At least i know that much.

I am 90% certain a disassembly and reseating everything and checking the pins would fix it... If not then either psu or cpu is bad though highly unlikely that its cpu (maybe if its burnt).

Man.. i cant go on. Ill just turn around and fall asleep. I dont care right now i am exhsausted. Ill pick up the pieced when i wake up.

One thing ill try when i wake up is take the shitty gpu from my other pc and put it in. And ill also try moving the ssd to the other slot, without the armor cap on top. That way we'll see if its gpu or perhaps ssd slow on motherboard or maybe ssd cover thing.
 
Just to get it out of the way. I moved the ssd to a different slot. Works fine, windows loads. Bilut same problem on restart :/

Will test gpu tomorrow, and take it from there...
 
One thing mentioned before.

My boot options are like this:

#1 Windows boot manager (ADATA SX8200PNP)
#2 NVME: ADATA SX8200PNP

If i switch them, restarting still doesnt work.

And if i turn the computer off and on again, it doesnt load windows. It takes me to a page the reads:

Reboot and select proper boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key

If i press a key, it just repeats that message.

Which i find weird why it behaves like this, but what do i know.
 
Im reading some reddit thread and some guy said to turn Fast Boot on, so i did. Same-ish problem.

The computer still opens fime if i turn it off and on. HOWEVER, now i get 5 beeps after every restart.
