I have been reading about these kinds of sites for quite a while and have decided to take an attempt at it. I could not get full information but only parts & bits of it from the freely viewable section of this forum.
So I need a few specific advice from the community.

#1 I am thinking about getting links from high PR network. But do I build these backlinks immediately to my freshly indexed new site or wait for a couple months to avoid sandboxing & wasting money?

#2 The only kind of links that I am thniking of getting is these private network links. Do I need to have anchor diversity?

#3 After a site burns, do I rebuild the site with a new domain and host it at previous hosting provider or change hosts?

I deeply appreciate the time and efforts of those who reply here.
Thanks in advance

Build them straight away, all new websites rank higher when they have just been made before they settle down, and this is one thing you need to take advantage of.

For churn and burns I mostly use web2 blasts, Sape links and high pr comments, high pr niche relevant comments.

Anchor diversity, I mostly go for keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3, mywebsite.com

For churn and burns, I really like to use websites like Yola, they seem to rank well, and when your domain has burnt, it is easy to remove one and point another at it without any fuss.

Build fast and strong, your main goal is to get to #1 and stay there before getting wiped out.

Do you mean as a tier one property or as a webbuilder/host?

Thanks

Create a fresh and new website. Make sure you stuff plenty of keywords in the content and send massive blast of
backlinks to it so it ranks quick. Hopefully you will turn over some money before Matt Cutts comes and pisses on the website.

Yola? I mean that is what I actually build the site on. For some thing like $5 a month, paid straight up as a year (well worth the money) You can build five websites on the package. Nothing to fancy and a bit limited, but they rank and do trhe job and do not look too shit. Yola is my number one for churn and burns.

For the $5 a month or so, if you are building a basic 5 - 10 page churn and burn you cannot go wrong. You can get 5 websites on the same (host) which always load instantly, a lot lot faster than some of the cloud hosts I pay 20$+ a month and host 3 - 4 sites on. Some times I am fucking around trying to speed up worthless churn and burn websites hosted on cloud hosts costing well more. Yola is just like set and forget, the kind of shit you need when you are churning.

Epic twist: build all those links to a 301 redirected domain and as soon as one site falls, you get a new one ranked easily.

Build high quality backlinks. Do not wait but you also should not rush. also make sure that diversity is there for best results.
It is also better to build them slow than waiting.

yes you should backlink with high page rank site and vary anchor text to be safe from penguin attack.

High quality != churn and burn

Hi, same situation as OP. One question, how long does a churn and burn site last? I've read it's about 2 months or so. Is this true? :D

How long's a piece of string? I've hit page 1 rankings after a few days of xrumer and GSA blasts. Some lasted 2 months, some lasted 2 hours!

ok so what I have have got from this you want to make a churn & burn site but only get links for high PR blog networks? this is not churn and burn at all. first off you will need a lot of blog network posts and secondly you will need a lot of money to get them. 100% pure private network posts will get you flagged by google really fast.

if I were you I build a diverse range of backlinks from all different platforms, but build a sh!t ton of them, like hundreds of thousands. build them right away to a site with fresh new unique content. also adding high PR blog posts and other on page high PR links will speed up the process a lot.

I would say the number 1 reason people fail at churn 'n burn sites is because they build the links too slowly. also when your site does get you you can always make another one and redirect the old site to the new one passing on all the link juice.

the worst thing you can do is hold back, so just go for it full out from the beginning and I wish you luck :)

Hey man, can you please explain the whole redirection thing? how does it actually work? doesn't a 301 redirect also pass the penalty?

nope, 301 does not pass penalties as far as I know and as far as all my tests have gone. with mass spam you only get a manual action nothing to do with the google algorithm. I think if a site gets hit by an algorithm update then if you redirect it you are redirecting all those links that got it in an algo update and aren't effective anymore. but if it was a manual penalty that is just for rankings so the links can be redirected to rank other sites.

so you're saying i could buy an expired domain with 200k incoming links (domain of which i'm 100% sure it didn't get a manual penalty, just an algorithmic one) and then redirect to any website i want to rank and i'll get results (good ones not bad ones)?

Bro, either me or you are doing something very different here, but i can confirm that 100% pbn links do work.

I dont know if you did something wrong, but i can confirm this works.

You can just create pbn links to a 301 redirected domain and simply switch the redirect once the site gets slapped. Rinse and repeat.

Advice for first churn n burn journey: Be careful with the snitches. Anyone requesting samples or tricks you used is likely working for the search engines.

Lots of good churn n burn sites outed for this last mini-update, all gone. Loose lips sink ships.
