Building to a page = Helps the page + The entire website authority.

Final Verdict : Build links to specific pages of your money sites. Gives quick Ranking and help the entire website pages on a long run .

I usually build domain pages with quality comments blogs.

Very rarely directing other pages.

Just connect with the same niche to reduce the bounce rate

This and try to spread out your links to other pages in your website as well, it is not natural if all the links are pointing to your homepage.

Links to main page leak juice to the secondary pages but only if they are linked from the main page, otherwise they just benefit from the domain authority.

For Authority build Links to your homepage it is more useful than post pages.
