    Hey Guys,

So some of you may have seen my IG journey. Because of my work with IG I have a VPS, MassPlanner, 15 SIM cards, and 15 dedicated proxies sitting there ready to be used.

I've decided I want to build some high quality facebook accounts for astroturfing and general marketing purposes. I also plan to use the accounts to gains likes to pages I'll make relating to the IG pages, but that's another story.

I've skimmed 60 pages of thread in the Facebook section looking for info but didn't really find much. Here's what I'm planning on doing, I'd love some quick feedback.

    1. Buy 15 5 year old aged accounts
    2. Profile them and start posting genuine statuses. I plan on manually scraping my images from other personal accounts. Likely IG.
    3. Load the accounts into MP. Join some local groups. Get a couple of friends and then scrape their friends list, and follow them all.
    4. Eventually start posting monetized links and use the accounts to grow pages.

Basic plan, I know. I focus mostly on long term growth so I'm cool if this takes a while.

I'm not too sure on the MP recommended settings. If anyone has some decent resources or info on that, I'd appreciate it.

Anything else I should be aware of?

I think you're on the right track.

Few things to keep in mind... All IMO, of course.
    • You're going to end up losing accounts sooner or later. Who knows why or when, but be prepared to start over & don't get discouraged. Within the past month, I've had 2 accounts banned that were damn near 4000 friends. They really weren't doing anything blackhat - but they were fake. I guess eventually enough people report you & that's it.
    • Unless the accounts came with a profile pic / cover photo, I wouldn't add anything right away. When you do, I've had the best luck using stock photos from pexels, pixabay, etc. If you find an appropriate picture look at the photographer's page & you'll probably find plenty more photos of the same model. Also, make sure you change the hash - there's a thread around here with a quick command you can run to do that. Something like "echo -n ' ' >> image.jpg". That just helps make the image hash unique. Don't get profile pics from google images or any of the threads here. Instant ban every time. I usually do go ahead & do everything besides set pictures when setting up new accounts. Fill out bio, interests, pick out 8 o 9 movies, books, etc.
    • Content, content, content. Go find 4 or 5 good RSS feeds - I use news sites - and set them up in a MP volume campaign. Have it post to 3 or 4 random accounts (or some percentage of your accounts) 2 or 3 times every day.
    • Go follow 10 or so of the suggested accounts - the celebs that facebook recommends. That'll fill up your news feed with stuff for MP to like.
    • After a few weeks of doing nothing but posting content & using account actions in MP, I've found it safe to add the profile pic / cover.
    • If you haven't yet bought accounts I highly recommend "247 Accts" - they have a sales thread. Guy has a John Goodman avatar. I've bought from several sources & this is the only one that has given me accounts that lasted for any length of time (there were a couple of bad ones that wouldn't even sign in - he replaced immediately). The only one of those accounts I've lost was due to my own stupidity.
    • Finding friends... early on, I just scraped groups & started blindly adding friends from the results. Boy, that was stupid. I have a couple of accounts that are pretty much useless now because they have several thousand friends from India or wherever. No offense to Indians, but that isn't who I'm planning on targeting. Point being, think about who you're trying to target long term with your offers & find friends that fall in to that demographic. Accounts with 5000 foreign or teenage friends aren't probably going to make a lot of money. What I've been doing lately: I use the fake name generator website to come up with my backstory. Location, etc. If my account ended up being from "East Bumfuck, New Jersey" or went to "Blackhat University", I would look for 1 or 2 people with 1000+ friends who were also from that location or went to that college & add them by hand. I do all of my research outside of Mass Planner - then when I've found a few marks & am ready to add them, I use the embedded browser with manual browsing enabled to go to their profile & add them as a friend. Then i wait. I do this over & over again until I have around 10 large, quality accounts as friends.
    • Botting friend requests: I set up MP to auto scrape friends of those 10 accounts & send requests. I use no other sources anymore - too much spam / low quality friends. As for the settings, I start out with the default (which I think is 20?) and build by 1 a day until I reach 40. You may be able to go higher than that, I've never tried. Accounts are growing well with that setting, so I haven't tempted fate. I also tell MP to delete pending requests after 5 days & to keep pending requests under 50. There's also a setting you can check when you send requests - forget the exact wording - but it prevents MP from sending friend requests to anyone who's friends with any of your other accounts. Want to make sure you do that - think it's the third checkbox under the list of accounts to send requests to. Having the same friends on all accounts is useless.
    • MP settings - I'm not in front of mine right now, but off hand...
      • I do account actions - think I just have the defaults there. Change the time it runs, of course. Don't want any of this stuff running 24/7. I would STRONGLY suggest not letting it auto accept friend requests. A) you can end up with duplicate friends & b) you'll just end up with a bunch of horny guys who want to chat with a hottie. If you followed some of the celeb accounts I recommended above, this will help generate legit activity along with the content you're posting because MP will auto like feed items.
      • I send happy birthdays
      • I use the like / comment module to have all of my accounts like posts on my pages / groups. I wouldn't send comments, though - just likes
That's just a very quick brain dump since you asked. There's plenty more to talk about - that's just for running the accounts, never mind posting to groups, etc.

I'll be out of town for a couple of day & won't have a computer, but happy to answer any more questions when I get back.

Thanks for all the info @Trolling4Dollars.

I've purchased 5+ year old accounts, and have virgin dedicated proxies for them. I know Facebook is super strict with accounts and love to ban them, that's just the nature of the game. Out of the 15 I purchased yesterday, 5 got ID locked straight away and 10 are still alive. If I can keep those 10 going for a bit, I'll be happy.

My thoughts were along the lines of what you were saying but it's wonderful to get the details and have it all in writing.

I saw your advice on finding friends in an old thread, which is is why I tagged you. I plan on starting with local groups (buy and swap groups, industry groups, local communities, and sports groups) to find a few friends to start and then follow your advice of adding their friends.

Thanks for the tip, that will be super valuable and not something I would have probably found on my own quick enough. For others, it's in the 'Contact' tab, under 'Use Members' section, and is the "Ignore Pending or Finalized requests from other accounts in Massplanner" setting.
