Building e-mail lists while converting e-mail submit CPA offers?

Possible lol? Figure in the future, since I'm signed up with a CPA company. Also will apply to some more later, I could build a really nice landing page for an e-mail submit offer? Let's say for the adult niche? Do these submitted e-mails go straight to the CPA company or would I be able to access them as well?

Figure I could talk with the people who run it?

Email submit offers aren't really about the email, they're a co-reg path more often than not. The point of getting somebody to submit a one field form (usually either email or zip) at the beginning is it makes the user more likely to complete more of the offer path because they have made that small commitment.

But you can build your own email submit landing page and then pre-populate the offer page's form with that email as well, if the offer allows it.

I think you'd be better off entering an email into some of those submit offers, finding out what happens on the backend (including auto-responders and co-regs), and then trying to create your own offer path (find a co-reg friendly network). Then drive traffic to it via PPV or zero click, get it optimized, figure out how much you earn per lead, and put it up on a CPA network yourself.
